Green Zones
There are no designated Green Zones within the server other than the Hospital.
Certain locations, such as businesses, and other public service areas, are intended to be spaces where civilian roleplay can thrive.
Gang-related toxicity, unnecessary hostility, harassment, or disruptive behaviour at these locations is unwanted and will not be tolerated.
While legitimate roleplay may still occur, actions intended to intimidate, grief, or ruin the experience for others at these locations may result in disciplinary action, including bans.
These areas are expected to be treated with an elevated level of respect to maintain fair access, immersion, and quality roleplay for all players.
Jobs
Players actively conducting a civilian job may not be harmed, robbed, or taken hostage for any reason.
Any individual present at a civilian job location may not be harmed, robbed, or taken hostage.
These locations exist to support and encourage civilian roleplay and fair access to jobs.
Using a civilian job or job location to intentionally avoid roleplay consequences, police interaction, or ongoing scenes is prohibited and will be treated as power-gaming.
Civilian jobs and job locations are protected to promote balanced roleplay, not to provide immunity from consequences.
Protection does not apply to individuals who remain at a civilian job location without actively participating in the job for the purpose of avoiding roleplay consequences.
Business Owners may only be employed at their own business.
Other characters can have a maximum of 2 jobs at WL businesses.
Toxicity
Harassment, targeting, or behaviour intended to make another player uncomfortable is not permitted.
Following or stalking another player in-game without clear roleplay intent is prohibited.
Sexual harassment of any kind is not tolerated. This includes unwanted remarks, sounds, actions, gestures, or behaviour of a sexual nature without explicit consent.
You may not enter live stream chats or external platforms to target, harass, or speak negatively about players or scenes you were involved in while in-city.
Normal discussion, feedback, or respectful debate is permitted, provided it is not targeted, malicious, or intended to provoke, harass, or escalate conflict.
All roleplay-related interactions must remain in-city and in-character. Attempts to continue or escalate disputes outside of the server environment may result in disciplinary action.
Excessive toxicity toward other players is not permitted. All players are expected to act respectfully and avoid behaviour intended to humiliate, degrade, or antagonise others beyond reasonable roleplay.
Mag dumping or repeatedly shooting one or more downed bodies without roleplay justification.
Running over bodies as a display or to provoke reactions from others.
Downing players with the intent to crouch, teabag, emote, dance, or otherwise mock them.
Picking up or transporting downed players without a clear roleplay necessity.
Robbing players excessively or unreasonably, including taking all belongings such as phones or IDs without roleplay justification. Robbery must always make sense within the context of the scene.
Behaviour intended to demean, provoke, or ruin the experience of others rather than progress roleplay may result in disciplinary action.
Forbidden Roleplay
The following are strictly prohibited under all circumstances:
Suicide roleplay.
Non-consensual sexual roleplay of any kind.
Terrorism Roleplay.
Pregnancy Roleplay.
Assassin Roleplay
Assassin-style roleplay is not permitted unless an assassin is formally selected in-character through the KP.
Assassins may only be appointed through established in-city roleplay involving the KP.
Any assassination or contract-style roleplay conducted outside of this system is prohibited.
Approval must be granted prior to any related roleplay. Retroactive approval will not be given.
Any unauthorised assassin roleplay will be treated as a rule violation and may result in disciplinary action.
Bodycam & CCTV
All on-duty police officers must wear a visible bodycam prop while on duty. For footage to be valid, the officer must have the official Police Bodycam item in their inventory and have the bodycam overlay actively enabled at the time of the incident. Only recordings captured while the overlay is active are admissible in court or internal investigations. Bodycams cannot be activated retroactively, and if the item is not in the officer’s possession at the time, the footage is invalid.
Civilians may record using their phone; however, the phone item must be in their inventory and the /e phone emote must be visibly active during the recording. Claims of footage without the item or visible emote at the time of the event are inadmissible. Phones cannot be used retroactively to justify events.
Bodycams and phones are considered to record continuously in full 360-degree vision with surrounding audio while active. Footage may not be edited, selectively claimed, fabricated, or metagamed. CCTV only exists in officially designated areas; if you are not in a designated CCTV zone, you may not claim CCTV footage. Staff retain full discretion over recording validity.
