Random Deathmatch
All violent actions must be preceded by clear hostile roleplay and escalation.
You may not initiate injury or lethal force without prior hostile interaction or escalation.
Walking up to a player and immediately shooting or harming them is prohibited.
You may not kill another character without a clear, valid in-character reason.
Mass or random killings without context, escalation, or justification (e.g. attacking a public area with no RP reason) are prohibited.
Ignoring you, refusing to engage, or walking away does not constitute a valid reason to kill or seriously harm another character.
Violence used without justification, escalation, or credible roleplay context will be treated as RDM / FailRP and may result in disciplinary action.
Vehicle Deathmatch
Using a vehicle as a weapon to intentionally strike, injure, or kill another player is prohibited in all circumstances.
Deliberately running over another player with a vehicle will be treated as VDM.
However, if a vehicle is stationary or attempting to disengage and individuals intentionally stand directly in front of it, incidental contact while attempting to escape may be permitted provided it does not violate Value of Life (NVL) or fear rules.
Vehicles may not be used aggressively to force fear, initiate combat, or gain an unfair advantage.
Any use of a vehicle that is deemed intentional, excessive, or avoidable will be treated as VDM and may result in disciplinary action.
Baiting Cops
Players may not intentionally force police action, pursuits, or jail sentences without valid in-character reasoning and escalation.
Deliberately provoking law enforcement for the sole purpose of starting a chase or arrest is prohibited.
Examples include intentionally ramming police vehicles, falsely reporting crimes, or openly announcing plans to commit crimes solely to trigger police response.
Stealing a law enforcement vehicle is considered a serious escalation. Players who do so should expect an armed response, including being fired upon.
Complaining, arguing, or showing dissatisfaction out-of-character about the consequences of stealing police vehicles or provoking police response will be treated as Low Quality Roleplay.
Any attempt to force outcomes, bypass escalation, or undermine realistic police interaction may result in disciplinary action.
Emergency Services Impersonation
Impersonating Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire, or any Emergency Service personnel for the purpose of gaining authority, detaining players, issuing punishments, conducting searches, or disrupting roleplay is strictly prohibited.
Players may use base-game police, EMS, or emergency-style clothing only for legitimate roleplay purposes (e.g. movie scenes, staged scenarios, civilian storylines, or pre-approved events), provided that:
It is not used to simulate official authority.
No arrests, detainments, fines, searches, or commands are carried out.
No player is misled into believing the impersonator has staff or faction authority.
It does not interfere with active Law Enforcement or EMS roleplay.
Using emergency-style clothing, vehicles, equipment, or language to create confusion, avoid consequences, troll, or gain any in-game advantage will be treated as impersonation and handled as a serious rule breach.
Intent matters. If the purpose is to deceive, control, or gain authority — it is not permitted.
Staff retain full discretion in determining whether the conduct was legitimate roleplay or abuse of emergency service impersonation.5
GTA 5 Jumps
Taking unrealistic or physically implausible jumps with a vehicle is prohibited.
Performing jumps that are clearly unrealistic, excessive, or designed to bypass consequences or gain an advantage may result in disciplinary action, including vehicle repossession and/or bans.
Jumps that are intended and permitted for use will not be blocked within the city and may be used freely.
Any jump deemed unreasonable, abusive, or inconsistent with realistic driving will be treated as a violation.
If any jumps are witnessed by staff in streams, or in cities that are being abused. Apex Rp Development team reserves the rights to block off that jump for future use.
