🚨 PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE JOINING THE SERVER (V1.2)
🎭 Stay In Character
Once you connect to the server, you are considered in character.
You must:
Remain in character at all times.
Use designated OOC channels or support tickets for anything outside of roleplay.
Resolve out of character disputes through tickets, not in-game, Discord, or direct messages.
The following are considered FailRP:
Using OOC chat during roleplay.
Referring to "voices in my head."
Mentioning Discord, streams, other servers, or any real-world information in character.
OOC arguments, insults, or toxicity towards players or staff are not tolerated.
❤️ Value Your Life (FearRP)
Your character only has one life and should behave accordingly.
You must comply when:
Outnumbered.
Outgunned.
Held at gunpoint on foot.
The following are considered FailRP:
Heroically charging armed players.
Talking back during an execution.
Running away while someone has a gun pointed directly at your head.
You may attempt to escape in a vehicle if:
Your vehicle is not boxed in.
The escape is realistic.
🧠 New Life Rule (NLR)
When your character dies:
You forget the specific events leading up to your death.
You may not return to the scene for 30 minutes.
You forget:
Who killed you.
The exact conversation.
The immediate events before your death.
You do not forget:
Existing rivalries.
Gang affiliations.
Friendships.
General knowledge about the city.
Full Memory Wipe
Your memory is completely wiped only if your character is:
Burned alive.
Buried.
Crime Scene Revives
If revived at the scene:
You remember the events before being downed.
You cannot continue participating in the situation.
You must leave immediately.
You cannot return for 30 minutes.
If you respawn ("see the light"), other players must remind your character of events that occurred before your death.
🎭 Roleplay Over Winning
Roleplay should always take priority over winning.
Do not:
Chase kill counts.
Force PvP simply to win.
Avoid negative outcomes at all costs.
Good roleplay includes losing, making mistakes, and creating memorable stories.
🚫 Prohibited Behaviour
Random Deathmatch (RDM)
You may not attack, injure, or kill another player without:
Proper roleplay buildup.
Valid hostile initiation.
A legitimate in-character reason.
Previous conflicts alone do not justify revenge killing.
Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)
Vehicles may not be used as weapons.
This includes:
Running players over.
Intentionally ramming vehicles.
Pinning players with vehicles.
Minor contact during realistic pursuits may be acceptable when proportionate.
Metagaming
Do not use information your character did not learn through roleplay.
Examples include:
Discord messages.
Streams or VODs.
Third-party voice chats.
Information from alternate characters.
Identifying players by voice alone.
Powergaming
Powergaming is performing actions your character could not realistically perform or forcing outcomes onto others.
Examples include:
Ignoring injuries.
Forcing another player's actions.
Chaining /me commands to prevent responses.
Performing unrealistic actions.
FailRP
Players are expected to act realistically at all times.
Examples of FailRP include:
Returning to an active scene within 30 minutes after it has ended.
Going AFK during an active scenario.
Ignoring realistic consequences.
Remaining in an active robbery, arrest, or medical situation while away from your keyboard.
Combat Logging
Disconnecting to avoid roleplay is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
Leaving the server.
Alt-F4ing.
Going to sleep during an active scenario.
If you genuinely crash:
Create a support ticket immediately.
Rejoin the server as soon as possible.
Combat logging may result in severe punishment.
⚠️ OOC During Roleplay
Never stop an active roleplay scene to argue rules.
Do not:
Threaten to report players mid-scene.
Call staff into an active roleplay.
Mention rules in character.
For example:
❌ "I've got a knife, you have to comply because of FearRP."
Instead, continue the roleplay naturally and submit a ticket after the scene has concluded.
Staff will not intervene during active roleplay unless absolutely necessary.
🤝 Community Behaviour
Everyone is expected to treat others with respect.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Harassment.
Discrimination.
Hate speech.
Racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory slurs.
Trolling.
Intentionally disrupting roleplay.
Doxxing.
Real-world threats.
Sharing clips or screenshots to harass another player.
"I was just roleplaying" is not a valid excuse for disruptive behaviour.
Serious offences may result in an immediate permanent ban.
🛡️ Cheating & Exploiting
Cheating of any kind is not tolerated.
This includes:
Godmode.
ESP.
Aimbot.
Speed hacks.
Teleporting.
Stat manipulation.
Injected clients.
Third-party cheats.
The following are also prohibited:
Exploiting bugs.
Item or money duplication.
Cross-character transfers through exploits.
Macros.
Auto-clickers.
Input automation.
Weighted controllers.
Only approved FiveM graphical enhancements are permitted.
Players who discover:
Exploits
Cheaters
Hackers
Spoofers
must report them immediately through a support ticket.
🎭 Roleplay Restrictions
Erotic & Dark Roleplay
The following content is prohibited:
Sexual roleplay.
Sexual assault.
Suicide.
Self-harm.
Terrorism.
Cannibalism.
Torture.
Spitting.
Roleplay involving real-world tragedies.
Sexual content will result in a permanent ban.
FearRP
FearRP applies whenever a weapon is used against you.
This includes blunt weapons such as:
Baseball bats.
Hammers.
Similar melee weapons.
You are expected to comply unless you can realistically defend yourself with a weapon of your own.
Hostile Initiation
Before committing any violent action you must:
Clearly communicate your demands.
State what you want.
Give the other player at least 7 seconds to respond.
Simply saying "Hands up or die" is not valid initiation.
Initiation must:
Be specific.
Be achievable.
Have a legitimate roleplay reason.
Civilians may not be targeted without valid roleplay.
Hostage Roleplay
Hostage situations must remain realistic.
Rules include:
Hostages may only be killed if negotiations completely break down.
Police must always value hostage lives.
A hostage cannot be reused on the same day.
A maximum ransom of $250,000 may be requested alongside two additional negotiation requests.
Rob or Kill Rule
You must choose one outcome per scenario.
If you rob someone:
You may not kill them.
If you intend to kill someone:
You may not rob them.
The only exception is where the roleplay naturally escalates, such as the victim fighting back.
Only illegal items and cash may be stolen.
Legal items may not be stripped.
EMS Protection
Players may not:
Kill EMS.
Rob EMS.
Kidnap EMS.
Violating this rule will result in disciplinary action.
Police Protection
Players may not rob police officers of any equipment except:
Handcuff keys.
Any other theft from police officers is prohibited.
Gang & Legal Clothing
Impersonation is prohibited.
This includes wearing:
Gang clothing while not belonging to that gang.
Emergency service uniforms without employment.
Legal organisation uniforms without permission.
🔫 Assault Rifle Restrictions
Assault Rifles (ARs) are not permitted within the city.
ARs may only be used in:
Sandy Shores
Grapeseed
Paleto Bay
These restrictions apply equally to:
Criminals
Police Officers
This ensures a balanced roleplay experience for all players.
⚖️ Punishment System
The standard punishment ladder is:
Warning
Strike (2 Hours)
Second Strike (4 Hours)
Third Strike (6 Hours)
Temporary Ban (3 Days)
Temporary Ban (7 Days)
Temporary Ban (14 Days)
Permanent Ban
Staff reserve the right to skip punishment stages depending on the severity of an offence.
🎥 Reporting Players
To submit a valid report, you must provide:
Unedited video evidence.
Clear timestamps.
A minimum of 2 minutes of footage for RDM and VDM reports.
Visible player IDs.
Both in-game audio and your own microphone audio.
The following are not accepted:
Edited clips.
Screenshots.
Second-hand reports.
Clips from another player's stream or VOD.
Reports made on behalf of another player.
Reports that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
