Please then explain what exactly happened just in case it is not clear in the clip. Please report this in the Support tab and open a bug ticket.

Just go into city type /tebex in the chat box and paste the tebex code you receive "tbx-1234567abcdefgh" into the box and claim.

Give the code at least 10 minutes after purchase before you try to give tebex and fivem a chance to generate the package.
